In case you missed it. The DEADLINE is quickly approaching for new changes to how we do real estate.

Starting Aug. 17, it will become mandatory for buyers to sign an agreement that discloses their broker's commission. The contract must be signed before a Realtor can represent a client and show them properties. The agreements will outline the services a client can expect from their Realtor, and commissions buyers potentially will have to pay.
